Forget to Remember tells the story of two sisters, Kate and Jan, who are struggling to care for their ill and increasingly dependent mother. Jan feels overwhelmed and wants more help from Kate, but Kate is focused on her own life and responsibilities. This creates tension between the sisters and weakens their relationship.
