Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon attends a presentation in Spain by futurist Edmond Kirsch, who claims to reveal a breakthrough about human origins and destiny. Before he can announce it, Kirsch is murdered. Langdon and museum director Ambra Vidal flee across Spain, following clues to recover Kirsch’s discovery.
