Allyson Healey, a disciplined American teenager, meets Willem, a spontaneous Dutch actor, during a trip in Europe. On her last day, she decides to follow him to Paris, where they spend an unforgettable 24 hours together.
The next morning, Willem disappears without explanation, leaving Allyson heartbroken and confused. She returns home and struggles with her identity, realizing she has been living according to others’ expectations.
