The Story Garden is a new English language course for primary schools designed for pupils aged 6 to 11 years.
The course is based on the Heart and Mind Approach, which creates a synergy between the cognitive and emotional aspects of learning. Emotions and thoughts not only interact, but their integration is essential to the learning process.
Each level consists of six units, each built around a classic fairy tale or another traditional story, carefully selected to promote emotional learning.
In both its content and presentation, the course is designed with the needs of students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD/DSA) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mind.
Cross-curricular (CLIL) activities help learners acquire knowledge and skills related to other school subjects while developing their English language competence.
